Methods. The research was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire developed by the authorsto study the traditions of upbringing in the modern family, as well as in the educational practice of preschool teachers and their interaction with parents.

Results. Background. Currently, there is a decrease in the concentration of information in independent statements of bilingual preschool children, which negatively affects their cognitive and social-communicative development. This is aggravated by the lack of methodological experience and systematic approaches to the development of information saturation of speech in preschool institutions, which requires attention from both scientists and practitioners in the field of pedagogy.

Objective. To determine the level of information concentration depending on the type of bilingualism in the speech of preschool children.

Sample. The study of the concentration of information in the speech of bilingual children was conducted over several years (2012-2022) based on bilingual kindergartens in Tatarstan. The sample consisted of 719 statements of children, recorded and logged in writing.

Methods. The research methods used were linguistic text analysis procedures related to optimization the understanding of statements by German and Soviet psycholinguists (U. Gelling, A. Müller, S. Schwier, J. Mikk), a pedagogical experiment, and methods of mathematical processing of the results. The empirical material for the analysis was statements of older preschoolers in Russian and Tatar. The retellings of fairy tales recommended for older preschoolers in Russian were analyzed.

Results. The main results of the study are the development and adaptation of diagnostic procedures for the concentration of information in the speech of bilingual children, specifically focused on Russian-language texts; features of differentiation of programs depending on the type of bilingualism (coordinate, subordinative, mixed); methodological aspects of work on the concentration of information: intercultural, illustrative-visual, musical-aesthetic, visual-creative, communicative-creative and semantic.

Conclusions. In the general space of digitalization of preschool education, active use of the possibilities of artificial intelligence, it is necessary to find time for thoughtful work with the texts of outstanding examples of children’s fiction, it is necessary to systematically conduct diagnostic observations of the concentration of information in children’s speech and methodological work on the development of information richness in their speech. Promising areas of pedagogical search can be models, technologies for diagnostics and development of the syntactic, logical, conceptual structure of speech of bilingual children of preschool and primary school age.

Background. The study of the problem of methodological support for preschool teachers in the design of the educational program of a preschool organization is actualized by the need to improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of pedagogical work in the context of changing requirements of regulatory documents. In preschool education, this is the introduction of the Federal Educational Program of Preschool Education. The quality of the educational program design depends on the level of readiness of teachers for design activities, their competence, knowledge and skills, which determines the need to identify professional deficits and provide methodological support to fill them in a preschool organization.

Objective. Determining the possibilities of various forms of methodological work to fill the professional deficits of educators in design activities identified during diagnostics.

Sample. The study involved 420 educators of preschool educational organizations of the Chelyabinsk region in 2023 and 2024 (2023 - 270 people, 2024 - 150 people). Of these, 92 have the highest category, 178 have the first category, and 150 have no category.

Methods. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis of regulatory and methodological documents of the federal and regional levels, which are the basis for designing and implementing methodological work as a means of supporting teachers in designing the educational program of a preschool organization; comparative analysis of data from a diagnostic study of the level of development of design activities; diagnostic maps that allow identifying the degree of severity of teachers’ theoretical ideas about pedagogical design, its stages, project implementation indicators, as well as the degree of formation of design activity methods.

Results. A description of the forms of methodological work (reproductive, reproductive-heuristic, heuristic, heuristic-productive, productive) is given, which are correlated with a specific content of educators’ activities to fill professional deficits in design activities. Based on the analysis of the data of the diagnostic study of the level of formation of the design activities of educators, the main professional deficits are identified, leading to typical difficulties in designing the variable part of the educational program.

Conclusions. Taking into account the features of the forms (reproductive, reproductive-heuristic, heuristic, heuristic-productive, productive) of methodological work when replenishing the professional deficits of educators is a means of supporting educators in designing the variable part of the educational program of a preschool educational organization, contributes to improving the quality of preschool education.

Background. In modern conditions, attention to the quality of education at all levels, especially in preschool institutions, is becoming increasingly important. The quality of preschool education directly affects the development of children, their social and emotional skills and readiness for learning. The assessment of the quality of educational services in kindergartens not only helps to identify weak areas and improve processes, but also provides transparency for parents and managers.

Objective. To collect and analyze information on the quality of preschool education, followed by substantiation of recommendations for making management decisions to improve the quality of preschool education.

Sample. The study was carried out on the basis of preschool educational organizations of the Khabarovsk Territory: 87 municipal kindergartens implementing preschool education programs attended by more than 31 thousand children. The study involved 2.284 teachers of preschool educational organizations and 36.908 parents (legal representatives) of pupils.

Methods. During the experimental work, the following methods were used: analysis of the Concept of Monitoring the Quality of Preschool Education in the Russian Federation; personnel questionnaires; parent survey; survey based on questionnaires created by N.L. Karabanova; diagnosing children using the tasks of the program “OT ROZHDENIYA DO SHKOLY” (“FROM BIRTH TO SCHOOL”) edited by N.E. Veraksa, T.S. Komarova, M.A. Vasilyeva for diagnosing educational areas for children aged 6-7; observation; a methodology for examining children compiled using child development charts for the program “OT ROZHDENIYA DO SHKOLY”, preparatory for school group (6-7 years) by N.E. Veraksa, A.N. Veraksa.

Results. Diagnosis of children in preschool educational institutions by educational areas allowed us to rank the results as follows: more than 60% of children have above-average social and communicative development, more than half of the children have above-average cognitive, physical and speech development, artistic and aesthetic development of the majority is at an average level. According to the survey results, 90.8% of parents believe that preschool education is available. 81.1% of parents are completely satisfied with them of the child (children) staying in kindergarten, 16.8% are rather satisfied than not. 78.2% believe that children in kindergarten can receive the necessary development and preparation for school (15.1% believe that they will receive it rather than not).

Conclusions. The results of the monitoring should serve as a basis for the development and implementation of management decisions aimed at optimizing the educational process and creating favorable conditions for the learning and development of pupils. This implies taking into account the individual characteristics and needs of each child, as well as adjusting educational programs and methods in accordance with their level of development. In this way, we will be able to improve the quality of preschool education, providing equal opportunities and conditions for realizing the potential of all children.

Background. Preschool age is a period of great importance for psychological development and preparation for school. One of the activities that must be formed in preschool age is visual activity, which is of great importance for the overall development of a preschooler. Involving children in visual activity is a step necessary for forming a solid neuropsychological foundation that will determine their success not only at school, but also in life in general.

Objective. The purpose of this study was to apply a program for gradual formation of drawing skills and determine its impact on development in preschool age.

Sample. This study involved 9 preschool children - third-grade students of a preschool institution. A qualitative assessment of visual activity was applied to all participants before and after inclusion in the experimental program.

Methods. To achieve this goal, an intervention program was implemented, which consists in gradually teaching drawing to children in their third year of preschool attendance (Solovieva, Quintanar, 2016). All children were given the same qualitative assessment tool for the development of drawing skills before and after the application of the program (Solovieva, Quintanar, 2016).

Results. The data obtained allow us to state an improvement in the results of the final assessment, which revealed qualitative and quantitative changes.

Conclusions. It was shown that the program for the gradual formation of drawing skills had a positive effect on the acquisition of visual activity.
