    In Russian psychology the main components of the role play are thoroughly described: imaginary situation, role playing action, substitutes usage, etc. Since play is a leading activity for preschool child, the presence of the same components for didactic games - especially in the case for children 3-5 years old – is of great need. It is important in process of teaching children to read make the right sequence of educational objectives. Many preschoolers struggle with the reading not due to the laziness or cognitive complexity of the process, but namely due to the inability to “jump” through the intermediate links of the learning process. In this article the stages of learning to read are clearly spelled out. The task of the teacher is to build the process of learning to read in a creative way, find solutions to every educational problem with the help of the desired components of the role play and thus turn learning into a joyful and fascinating process. The Zaitsev’s cubes are recommended for use, though described system differs from the Zaitsev system in many ways and can not be considered as its extension or modification.

    The problem of bi-and multilingualism is especially important for the children of immigrants and children of international families. In the article the paramount way to learn a second language and age of language acquisition are described. The authors conclude that bilingualism is necessary for the formation of a clear division of the language of communication at home and school / kindergarten. It is stated that bilingualism promotes the formation of a more flexible thinking, the ability to approach the problem from different angles and from different perspectives, enhances knowledge. Authors illustrate their statements with the description of the case study of the early multilingualism of preschool child that shows peculiarities of speech and other mental functions.

    This article discusses the features of the developing work with preschool children within neuropsychological approach. A set of exercises for preschoolers is based on fundamental research of psychologists and includes sections on the development of motor and cognitive areas. Detailed description of the classes makes it easy to use them in practice. Play approach to comprehensive neuropsychological correction enhances children’s motivation and performance in general. These games and exercises aimed at building core of higher mental functions can be useful both for specialists and parents of preschoolers.

    This article discusses the history of the development of educational programs in Germany, provides a look at the construction of educational programs that were developed by federal states of Germany, and which are being introduced as a tool for quality assurance of education and / or as an innovative tool for managing the education system and the educational process. Authors tell about the project “acquisition of knowledge”, which was developed for the purpose of implementation of the strategy for educational programs, and provide a report on its implementation. The purpose of the “acquisition of scientific knowledge” is to support the implementation of educational programs. This paper describes a the elaborated development strategy of partnership in education, as well as competence model of training of teachers.
