In the article the problem of variability of exemplary educational programs of preschool education is analyzed. It is shown that a variety of educational programs contribute to the quality of preschool education and its accessibility. The problem areas of Russian preschool education are shown and the positive aspects of the introduction of variability in preschool education are analyzed. The author stresses that the variability of preschool education ensures the maximum possible degree of individualization of education, makes the educational process “child-centered”, creates special relation of personality to the objectives, content and process of education. The author gives a generalized characteristics of exemplary educational programs, which to date have been developed under the Russian Federal Standard of Preschool Education.

In the article the problem of the organization of communicative activity of the senior preschool children in the process of early foreign language education is presented. Various forms of communicative activity of children can be organically included in the educational activities in the classroom during foreign language acquisition, enriching the learning process with communicative and ethno-linguistic content. In preschool education modernization the process of foreign language learning, built on the basis of communication, is of great importance and contributes to a child’s ability to intercultural and international communication, as well as for his/her personal development as moral and responsible citizen. The author describes the basic forms and principles of the English language teaching in preschool and gives examples of the types of work with preschool children in the classroom in English, which can be implemented by teachers and parent.

This article discusses the features of the developing work with preschool children within neuropsychological approach. A set of exercises for preschoolers is based on fundamental research of psychologists and includes sections on the development of motor and cognitive areas. Detailed description of the classes makes it easy to use them in practice. Play approach to comprehensive neuropsychological correction enhances children’s motivation and performance in general. These games and exercises aimed at building core of higher mental functions can be useful both for specialists and parents of preschoolers.

The author tries to answer the question, what is a psychological fatigue that occurs when working with children and how in this situation save the interest to the professional activity and satisfaction with it. The purpose of the article is to give hope and guidance in the form of principles, specific tips that can be applied in practice. The reader will learn where to draw power, how to make a professional work interesting, enjoyable and inspiring. The author basing on a vast personal experience tries to give a clear picture of mental fatigue through the description of inner experiences, analysis of feelings. The paper consistently describes degrees of fatigue, most difficult feelings we should cope with as well as ways of handling with them. Useful metods on how to work with the exhausting feelings are described. Provided reflections can be useful not only for educators and teachers, but for all those who work with people.

This article discusses the history of the development of educational programs in Germany, provides a look at the construction of educational programs that were developed by federal states of Germany, and which are being introduced as a tool for quality assurance of education and / or as an innovative tool for managing the education system and the educational process. Authors tell about the project “acquisition of knowledge”, which was developed for the purpose of implementation of the strategy for educational programs, and provide a report on its implementation. The purpose of the “acquisition of scientific knowledge” is to support the implementation of educational programs. This paper describes a the elaborated development strategy of partnership in education, as well as competence model of training of teachers.
