Abstract
The article describes a technique which allows to diagnose the level of development of connected speech (text-speech characteristics) of preschool children in the process of learning of three languages. Based on the obtained results of diagnostic of preschool children a technique aimed at more successful mastery of a second language (tartar) on the basis of Russian and English language (English based on Russian and Tatar - on the basis of Russian and English) and simultaneous mastery of three languages is introduced. The technology also involves consideration of the phenomena of transposition (the transfer of positive experience of the speech of children in one language into another language) and interference (identification and overcoming of the negative impact of one language onto another language in case of discrepancy of their structural features).
