The forum was opened by the chairman of the organizing committee, director of the "Academy of Innovations" Vladimir Zavrazhin — a specialist in the field of innovative education. The forum, dedicated to managing change in educational organizations, paid special attention to preschool education — a key focus area of the national project "Education," aimed at achieving 100% coverage of children aged 3–6 with preschool education by 2025.
Particular resonance was generated by the session "The Ecosystem of Preschool Education," conducted by Raisa Chumicheva, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor at the Department of Preschool Education of the Academy of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Southern Federal University. Also among the significant events was the off-site platform "Best Practices of Preschool Education," where issues of continuity between kindergarten and primary school and the implementation of the Federal Educational Program for Preschool Education were discussed.
Among other key participants were Elena Kudryavtseva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, head of the innovation development department at the "Academy of Innovations" of Skolkovo and deputy chair of the "NOOA," who presented the masterclass "Awakening the Spirit: The Art of Nurturing the Soul," and Elena Germogenova, head of a department at "Academic Gymnasium No. 56" and Honored Worker of General Education of the Russian Federation, with an author's session on teacher professional growth.
An important contribution to the agenda was made by Lyubov Dukhaninova, member of the National Council for Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation, rector of the network university "Znanie," who emphasized the need to develop new competencies among teachers in the context of digital transformation. Presentations were also given by Nikolai Borytko ("Practice-Oriented or Fundamental Education?") and Roman Demyanchuk, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
According to the Ministry of Education, over 400,000 educators work in Russian preschool educational organizations (DOOs), and improving their qualifications, updating the content of preschool education, and strengthening the professional community are priorities of state policy. The forum confirmed that it is precisely at the preschool stage that the foundations of social competence, emotional intelligence, and algorithmic thinking are laid.
