The program is designed for teachers, caregivers, psychologists, and specialists working with children and is aimed at addressing the most pressing challenges in modern education. Its key feature is its practical focus. Students will not only systematize their theoretical knowledge but also gain clear tools for their daily work.

Particular emphasis is placed on "hot" situations: algorithms for responding to bullying, creating an inclusive environment, and resolving conflicts with parents. Participants will master methods for developing self-regulation, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence in children, as well as motivational techniques proven in Russian and international practice.
Format and Documents
The course is held remotely on Mondays and Wednesdays (6:30 PM–9:40 PM), allowing students to combine their studies with their professional activities. Upon completion, students will receive a certificate of advanced training from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The program is designed for teachers, psychologists, and all professionals working with children aged 3-10 who strive to combine scientific knowledge with pedagogical excellence.
